Jarred McGriff is an award-winning Director, Producer, Cinematographer, and Entrepreneur. In 2016, he founded L2C Studios LLC, servicing clients including Netflix, FOX, Mcdonald's, BET, TikTok, and STARZ. These projects have earned him recognition from both the Webby and Shorty Awards. Currently, he’s employed full-time by Paramount as an in-house DP and Director, helping to launch viral franchises on BET, such as #RatetheBars & #FindingBET, as well as supporting short-form production across Paramount brands (i.e., MTV, Showtime, Smithsonian, Nickelodeon, etc.).
When he isn’t on his own set, you can find Jarred in front of the lens, speaking on panels (Transform the Hustle, Crown Me Royal Film Festival), mentoring (Revolt Summit Office Hours), and in publications (AfroTech, The Quintessential Gentleman, and Shifter Magazine). He has a true passion for collaboration and believes in the importance of providing opportunities to marginalized communities.
